CONCEPT TO COMPLETION

• INITIAL CONSULTATION
  We start with an on-site meeting with the builder who will oversee your project, discussing your ideas, vision, and design preferences.
• PROJECT PRELIMINARIES
  Now the exciting part begins — transforming your ideas into a visual plan. Whether you bring your own drawings or have us create them, we’ll follow up with a 3D model, site survey, and soil testing. All reports and plans developed at this stage are yours to keep.
• COSTS & INCLUSIONS
  Based on your chosen design and site, we’ll provide a construction cost estimate and collaborate with you to bring your goals to life. Together, we’ll finalize your project’s inclusions, resulting in a complete construction quote and an HIA-compliant building contract.
• PLANNING
  Once your design and inclusions are approved, we move forward with preparing the final construction documents, including engineering plans, energy assessments, and planning approvals.
• CONSTRUCTION
  With all preparations in place, construction begins. Throughout the build, we ensure transparency through open communication, on-site walk-throughs, and regular updates — a standard part of the DCT AUS experience.
• HANDOVER
  Congratulations — your project is complete! We’ll conduct a detailed inspection and resolve any issues before the final handover. Once everything’s approved, it’s time to move in and enjoy your new space.
• AFTER CARE
  For added peace of mind, DCT AUS provides a 12-month maintenance period on your new home.
